Where's my order? Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Orders normally arrive 4–7 business days after they ship.
Can I return it? Yes — 60 days, full refund. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
Will it fit my leg? The ring is 10.2″ across closed and unlatches to about 16″, which clears the widest part of most adult thighs. If your legs are on the larger side, use it opened out as the long bar — it works the same way, one section at a time.
Does it hurt? That's up to you — you set the pressure with your own hands. Squeeze the handles lightly for a gentle glide, harder to work deeper. Start light for the first few sessions.
Something arrived damaged or a roller came loose. Email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement under the 5-year warranty. No claim process.
